The Very Hungry Hedgehog

In the last few weeks the Bushnell has captured a growing number of video clips which I'll eventually edit, add a suitable musical accompaniment, and post on YouTube for the edification of the world.
Most show an unmoving log, sometimes with a tail just on the edge of the frame. Many show a pine marten snaffling an egg and disappearing with her prize. A few show a marten dining at leisure in The Nutella Tree or at the log. A very few show a hedgehog bumbling around the log and sniffing frustratedly at the free food that's just out of reach.
These will be incorporated into the edited video, but I can't resist an early release of the clip captured last night which features a hoggy (it must be Mrs Speedy) determined to reach Mrs Marten's supper.
Matchgirl (now home from Shetland – happy days) insists that I put a hedgehog step in front of the log. Watch the video and you'll understand.
