A Good Walk Spoiled

The days when The Fearless Ones were best friends forever are long gone. They enjoy each other’s company most of the time but there are occasions when the fur literally flies. Pandora usually gets the blame.

But although she may finish it, The Tabby Terror is not always the one who starts it. Today, during a stroll along the lane, was a case in point.

The autumnal freshness was such that, when we turned for home, Pandora was inspired to take a gallop.

Willow, who’d come further down the lane, was waiting, crouched and ready for action. Pandora wasn’t interested in a tussle.

The Grey Streak sprang anyway…

…and shortly afterwards retreated in a hurry…

…thereafter to be chastised by her sister for spoiling a good run.
