Déjà Vu Again

I spoke too soon, of course. The City Limits gathering was cancelled at short notice for undisclosed reasons which means we'll hit the stage at Johnny Foxes tonight with none of the new or newish songs rehearsed. We might play them, or some, anyway – it keeps life exciting.

The cancellation silver lining was that I got to watch the Strictly final live. Simon and Kristina were robbed.

A rainy, windy, miserable day was spent indoors brushing up on the set whilst fighting off the attentions of arm-dangling cats. I bet Paul McCartney never has this trouble.
