You might not think them worth the wait, but here are some of the snaps taken in Mdina, Malta's old capital, known as The Silent City because cars are mostly banned from its narrow streets. If you get the chance to visit, don't hesitate.

Matchgirl, you'll be relieved to hear, has now recovered from her indisposition. Unfortunately, since then she's strained her back. The Teutonic Curse must have a long reach.
