A Quiet Day In

Today turned out to be a quiet one, for I've not been feeling in the best of health, so there's been no bullfinch-hunting or owl-spotting.
And nothing exotic dropped in during my hour of observation for the Big Garden Birdwatch, although the flock of tree sparrows might get the RSPB excited as they're supposed to be uncommon this far north.
With luck I'll be out again tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Book Update: Another retail outlet is to stock The Bumper Book of Black Isle Snappery – Crofters Bistro in Rosemarkie. Great food there. Check it out when you're in the area.
