Always A Welcome Visitor

Matchgirl overcame all obstacles this morning and at last reached the Isle of the Vikings, so this time it really was just me and Bess in The Rural Retreat this evening.

There was one visitor, I'm pleased to report. My first sighting of Mrs Marten for a few of days took place not far short of 10pm, which meant there was no chance of the noiseless, pin-sharp snap I crave, but it was good to see her nevertheless.

One snap was saved for posterity; I really should inquire about getting sponsorship from Nutella.
