A Marriage And A Moon

by Russell Turner - 16:54 on 18 September 2016

City Limits were back in Dingwall yesterday evening for another wedding, but with stand-in Graham on guitar and Keith in a kilt next to the woman in white.

We were at Tulloch Castle to play just a handful of songs, which we did, followed by three with Keith back in his proper place, watched adoringly by his new wife Nicola. That leaves Sam as the last unbetrothed band member – a distinction which will end in October. We’re a real wedding band.

On the way back to The Rural Retreat the moon could be seen shining out of an almost cloudless sky, so at home I took the Pentax and tripod into the garden and reacquainted myself with manual settings.
