The Countdown Begins

Christmas is almost here, despite the unseasonal heatwave. The cards have been posted, Matchgirl's shut her office for two weeks, and yesterday evening City Limits rehearsed a brace of festive favourites to throw into the set at the weekend: Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree (without the sax solo) and Mariah Carey's yodelling spectacular All I Want For Christmas Is You.

A communication breakdown meant not everyone had learned Fairytale of New York so we'll bone up on it individually and maybe have a go on the night. We like to live dangerously.
