Almost Over

by admin - 15:04 on 14 May 2015

Suddenly it's almost over. There's no official snappery today, allowing people to do their own thing, so some take the bus to Mahon, some visit the pool, and some (my preferred choice) opt for a wander and a book. The weather's overcast and windy but still warm enough for shirtsleeves – returning to the Highlands will take some readjustment.

At lunch time we gather for the last time at La Reina Isabella; tonight we enjoy a farewell dinner followed by Cava and a showing of everyone's ten favourite images. Tomorrow I'll begin the diet.

No snappery happened today, so here's a picture me, with Norene, in the natty hat I bought on the first day. Others may follow – the hat was a popular subject.

Ah! That's not bad. A bit like a stylised Panama. I had my doubts when I saw its silhouette. ;-)
