A Promise From Norman

by admin - 23:27 on 31 March 2011

Good news from Norman and Co – they've told the binders to expect the next print run to be with them by next weekend. If it actually gets there as promised, three hundred newly printed copies of The Bumper Book of Black Isle Snappery could be collected the following weekend.

This won't be a moment too soon. Stockists are eager for more and we hope for even greater interest when the Inverness Courier hits the streets tomorrow and readers clamour for the wonderful book described in its pages, illustrated by two fine landscapes.

A bonus for the readers is that the sight of three cheesily-grinning snappers has not been used. This was not brought about by undue influence on my part – the sub editor who laid out the page (no, it wasn't me) chose to omit the snap because of space issues.

So here it is, exclusive to the blog. You lucky people.

What I want to know is...
how did they get you and James to look the same height? This camera trickery is good when you know how!
