It’s been a day on the road, delivering another fine edition of Black Isle Chatterbox to our eager readers via outlets around the peninsula. The bonus was another excuse to get behind the wheel of Grandson of Seat.

Tommy Update: The show at Eden Court turned out not to be a biography of Mr Cooper, rather a tribute act featuring the jokes and the tricks everyone already knows. And what’s wrong with that? Look out for the tour – brilliant.

I have just ordered a copy of this just to read about Kirkmichael. We always go there when we are visiting so as soon as I saw the headline I had to buy it.
